But Jesus bowing himself down, wrote with his finger on the ground. When therefore they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said to them: He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. [And again stooping down, he wrote on the ground.

But they hearing this, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest. And Jesus alone remained, and the woman standing in the midst. Then Jesus lifting up himself, said to her: Woman, where are they that accused thee? Hath no man condemned thee?

Who said: No man, Lord. And Jesus said: Neither will I condemn thee. Go, and now sin no more.

Question: Why this story?

Question: How does these two stories teach that man and woman are of equal status?

Man and woman are judged the same.

Question: How does your answer relate to my question about how women advocate groups would respond to you not correcting the law of Moses?

God’s answer:

Women loved me. I was their proponent.
They wept the most.

Meaning: Jesus is referencing the weeping women of Jerusalem during his crucifixion:

Large numbers of people followed him, and women too, who mourned and lamented for him. But Jesus turned to them and said, 'Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep rather for yourselves and for your children

Luke 23:27-28

IV. On the Teaching that women should obey their husbands

The Christian church teaches that wives should obey/submit/be submissive to their husbands. This came from various verses written by the apostles and Saint Paul. It must be noted that these are the words of the apostles and not of Jesus Christ.

God’s answer:

I obeyed her.
Women are not beneath Me.

Meaning: God is referring to the Wedding at Canaan where He changes the water to wine upon the request of Mother Mary even if initially He did not want to do so.

Question: But this is between mother and son, not between husband and wives.

God’s answer:

I addressed her as My first lady
